THE SPACE
RiNo Party Palace is our flagship group home in Denver's RiNo Art District: about 2,850 sq ft of smart home across three levels, 4 bedrooms plus a lower-level game room sleeping area, 2.5 baths, and room for up to 30 guests. Family reunions, milestone birthdays, friend trips, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, team retreats: this house was built to keep a big group together under one roof.
FUN FOR ALL AGES
A theater and gaming area with a large sectional, a pool table, game rooms, a private hot tub, an outdoor patio with seating and a gas grill, and a Bat Cave the kids will claim in about five minutes. Grandparents, cousins and friends each get a space, and everyone gets to be in the same place.
