Wake up by the ocean and enjoy a relaxing stay in this beautiful beachfront condo in Hollywood. 🌴☀️
Perfectly located right on the beach, the apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable vacation, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and everything South Florida has to offer.
The condo features direct beach access, a swimming pool, a fitness center, 24-hour building security, Wi-Fi, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living and dining areas.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
🕓 Check-in: Check-in is remote. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent on the day of arrival, and your personal door access code will be provided two hours before the scheduled check-in time.
Guests must also complete the building registration at the building office. If you arrive before 5:00 PM, registration can be completed upon arrival. If you arrive after 5:00 PM, registration can be completed the following day.
🔑 Building FOB: A $30 FOB fee applies for every two guests over 14 years of age.
🚙 Parking: Parking is available for an additional fee and is not included in the reservation price. The fee is $100 for stays of 1–7 nights and $125 for stays of up to 14 nights. A refundable cash deposit of $20 s is required for the parking pass. Please let us know in advance if you need parking.
👥 Guests & visitors: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Any additional guest or visitor must be reported to and approved by the host in advance and properly registered. A $50 fee applies per additional person, per day.
🚭 No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. $250 fee will apply for violations.
🧹 Check-out: Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please wash all used dishes and dispose of your trash before departure. Late check-out is permitted only with the host’s prior approval and is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out will result in an additional fee.
🧼 Longer stays: For stays longer than 10 days, an additional cleaning during the stay is required and charged separately.
