Disappointing experience
It was easy to find and easy to get in.
A disappointing experience that doesn't match the price or the photos.
As someone who works in the hospitality industry and knows the basic standards that any accommodation should meet, I can honestly say that this was one of the most disappointing stays I've had in Rabat.
We booked this apartment at a high price, and our decision was based primarily on the photos and description. The pictures suggested a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place, but the reality upon arrival was completely different.
We found the bed unclean, the toilet in a completely unacceptable state with a very unpleasant odor, and a large number of ants on the bed. These are not minor details, especially when a guest is paying a high price for their accommodation.
The apartment also lacked air conditioning, which is very important to us, and the standard of accommodation we found was completely not commensurate with the price paid.
As soon as we discovered these problems, we contacted them and requested to cancel the reservation due to the unacceptable condition of the place, but unfortunately, the matter was not handled in the way we expected. The most disappointing thing was the stark difference between the published photos and the actual condition of the apartment. Photos can give a great impression, but they're not enough when they don't reflect the reality guests will find upon arrival.
We ultimately had to look for another place at the last minute, and the available options were much more expensive, which made the experience even more frustrating.
My advice to guests: Don't rely solely on photos before booking. Make sure to check recent guest reviews and the actual cleanliness and facilities.
In my opinion, the place isn't worth the price in its current state, and I hope the management addresses these issues seriously, especially regarding cleanliness, pest control, bathroom hygiene, and ensuring the photos match the reality.
