We booked one apartment and were given another, arrived to an unacceptably dirty and poorly prepared property, and found
NOTHING. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. Extremely disappointing and misleading experience.
I strongly recommend avoiding this property. What happened during our stay was completely unacceptable.
We booked Chill Spot, but upon arrival we were given a completely different apartment called Star Loft. The property later claimed that the two apartments were the same, which is simply not consistent with the booking photos and the accommodation we actually received.
The apartment was also extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There was visible dust and dirt throughout the apartment, an unemptied rubbish bin, and a dirty towel left inside the washing machine. This was clearly not an accommodation that had been properly cleaned and prepared for new guests.
The air conditioning, which was included in our reservation, did not work. We were then told that AC supposedly required an additional payment, despite the booking conditions clearly stating that AC was included. We were even told to check the batteries ourselves, which we did, including using our own batteries. This is completely unacceptable when travelling and paying for accommodation with AC included.
What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of response from the property. We repeatedly reported every one of these issues and clearly explained our concerns, yet they did not meaningfully respond to or address any of them. They did not even offer to come and clean the apartment. Instead, they continued contacting us about checkout arrangements while completely ignoring the substance of our complaints. We spent approximately 1.5 days of our trip trying to get these issues addressed, with no meaningful solution from the property.
Booking.com has been provided with photographic evidence and the full communication history documenting these issues.
Based on this experience, I consider the way this property was presented and managed to be highly misleading and completely unacceptable.
