Conclusion: I recommend that everyone avoid renting these apartments or any other property managed b
location
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! It is certainly not a premium-class apartment; it’s more on the level of a bare-bones hostel. Here’s the rundown:
1. First of all, you are given only one set of keys for a three-bedroom apartment;
2. The beds in all three bedrooms are old and wooden—like all the furniture—and they creak. On top of that, the mattresses are incredibly hard; it feels like you’re sleeping on a wooden floor;
3. The kitchen is appallingly equipped: you’re faced with old, unusable aluminum pots and pans—one pot even had a hole in it. There were chipped cups and only a single teaspoon. Two dull, old knives that couldn't cut a thing. A broken dishwasher and a broken toaster;
4. There is absolutely no air conditioning, which causes extra problems in hot weather;
5. The extra bathroom with a shower is completely unusable; it’s like a room for gnomes. Even I—being short—couldn't even step into the shower, let alone actually wash myself;
6. The TV is tiny and ancient; plus, the speakers don't work properly and just crackle;
7. To top it all off, upon checkout, I was promised that my security deposit would be returned within five days at most. When the refund didn't appear, I messaged the property via Booking.com and WhatsApp (contacting the staff member who handled the check-in). That’s when the excuses and empty promises started. No one even replied to my inquiry on Booking.com, so I eventually had to contact Booking.com support. Ultimately, after wasting my time and nerves, the staff processed a refund—which I received even later (taking about 20 days in total). Yet, there was absolutely no apology from the company.

Unpleasant experience
Located centrally to go around
Poor facilities - basic stuff like soap dispenser, soap were missing. Shower was completely broken and water leaking all over in the bathrooms. We were delayed by 2 hours to do our checkin and had to stand outside with children for 2 hrs!!!!
Property staff were irresponsible and didn’t fix anything when asked.
Don’t recommend this place to anyone!!!
