Loved the location! It's about 30-45 minutes from every main area of Tokyo so it's very convenient after a long day out that the commute isn't more than 45 minutes from each direction. There's many food options for dinner. If you're into beer or bars there's also a lot of affordable options around the area. Train was close. There's a Daiso just a block away, Family Mart, 7Elleven, so very convenient for toiletries and other items you may need on a trip!
Overall the space is actually very convenient for a 4 day stay. If you are traveling with a loved one and you're also a larger person, you may feel that the place is a little small since it's a small studio for an extended period of time. but if you're short like me with a tall husband you'll feel fine for a few days! Can get a little cramped if you have alot of purchased items however, so just use the area below the table as storage and you should be good! My only suggestion is for the little pedestal sink next to the toilet. I'm 5 ft tall and it's even too small for me to use, i had to put my head against the wall to be able to brush my teeth. Husband couldn't use it lol Also if there was a longer slim mirror in front of the bathroom sink that would be great! The mirror was too high for me to view myself so i had to use the one in the shower. Also if there were warmer small lights in the room that would make it feel more cozy instead of the bright white overhead light (but that's more of an aesthetic request, not at issue). Regardless i thought this was a great stay

First, Location is so good there are a lot of metro lines including hanzomon, hibiya, asakusa sen in 5 mins by walk, ginza, chiyoda, tozai sen in 10~15mins by walks. So u have a lot of choices to ur destinations.
Second, Room condition. it was clean and there were no any stains or dirt in stuffs and facilities like towels, bed, bathroom, etc. Furthermore, it provides capsule coffee machine, tea-bag and even skin lothion u can use after taking a shower.
Last, the staff is kind. even though I did check-in late so that I coundn't receive the key in person but they kindly allowed me to change check-in time and it was also easy to find the key in the front.
Price is little expensive for me, but comparing with the other business there, its price is competitive because it provides a bigger space than business hotel and a seperated toilet.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cet hotel pour 5 jours a Tokyo. 1er bon point, il est plutôt grand pour un logement sur Tokyo, ce qui est pratique avec des grandes valises (attention cependant aux quelques marches à monter pour attendire le logement). Ensuite, les équipement sont nombreux (climatisation, machine a laver, nespresso...) modernes, et le personnel a été très aimable et reactif pour nos demandes. L'appartement etait propre et le quartier est calme le soir, ideal pour se reposer après une journée de visites.
L'arrivée et le départ se font en autonomie, et le logement est vraiment bien situé (a 2 mn a pied du metro Ningyocho et pour les fumeurs, une smoking area fermée se trouve dans la rue juste derrière l'appartement).
En bref rien à redire, tout était parfait pour deux personnes, nous recommandons!
Un miroir un peu plus bas et une petite lumière dans le coin avec l'évier serait un petit plus apprécié (je suis petite et cela m'a un peu manqué)

A lovely little apartment just a 2-minute walk from Ningyocho Station, in a small two-storey house on a quiet side street. Perfect for a solo traveller, and fine for two if you plan to spend your days out exploring Tokyo and the surrounding area rather than staying in.
The apartment was spotless, with no odours at all, and had everything you could need: a full set of kitchenware, shower toiletries, soft white towels, a coffee maker, and even a little guidebook to Tokyo with a section for each neighbourhood. The online guide the host sends before arrival was also really helpful. It covers everything about the local area, from the nearest supermarkets to restaurant recommendations and interesting places to visit.
One thing to keep in mind when planning: the hosts can't accept luggage in advance (for example, via Yamato delivery). The nearest Yamato office is about 450 m away. On your last day, you'll also need to plan where to leave your suitcase if necessary; there are coin lockers at Ningyocho Station. Also note: the apartment is on the second floor, up a steep staircase with narrow steps, which may matter for some guests.
Aiko is a wonderful host. She was always reachable and answered every question before you even had to ask. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
