Aspera Hotel Taksim

I’ll start by saying that I arrived in Istanbul at 5 a.m. As you can imagine, arriving at that hour means spending the entire night at the airport and traveling. So, before my arrival, I contacted the hotel and explained that I would be traveling all night and simply couldn’t wait until 2 p.m. to check into my room. I even offered to pay extra if they could have a room ready for me by 8 a.m. To my surprise, they replied that no additional payment was necessary and that they would arrange an early check-in completely free of charge. I arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. and was greeted by the manager, who informed me that my room was already ready — and not just a standard room, but one with a sea view! That was the first moment I was truly impressed. I have traveled to many countries, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of hospitality and service completely free of charge. As for the hotel itself and the room, everything is exceptionally, exceptionally clean! I don’t know whether the hotel has recently opened, but I actually made an effort to find something broken, damaged, or dirty — and believe me, you simply won’t find anything like that here. I even went as far as checking the inside of the pillows, and guess what? Even the pillow filling was spotless! :) In short, I genuinely recommend this hotel! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the location! Dolmabahçe Palace is less than a 10-minute walk away, and Taksim Metro Station is probably just a 5-minute walk. All in all, I would say this is probably one of the best hotels in this part of Istanbul. An exceptionally comfortable hotel with outstanding hospitality, impeccable cleanliness, and a fantastic location!

Nothing

Central location in safe area close to metro. Clean modern rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the receptionists who helped fix a mistake I made in the booking

Nothing

Nothing in particular. I had a really pleasant stay overall.

A big thank you to the hotel reception team, Mr. Erdem, and the Hotel Manager for the warm and thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. We truly appreciate the hospitality and care shown to us. And not forgetting Mr. Mustafa Yigit, who provided such wonderful service during our breakfasts. Thank you for making our stay even more pleasant and memorable!
