The apartment was incredibly clean, charming, and every detail was carefully thought out for a wonderful stay. Location was very quiet and safe and just 2 minutes walking to the piazza. Host was attentive and helpful. His cousin, Fasto, picked me up at the Carmucia train station and took me right to the apartment and communicated with Tomo (the Host) that I had arrived. I loved the little outdoor seating and having a nice sunny window in the bedroom (but if you like it could be closed for those wanting a dark room to sleep) The canister of cookies were a nice. Cortona was beautiful with many fine restaurants and the historical/architectural influence of the Estrucian civilazation (9th to 1st century BC) was intriguing.
The bathroom is quite small and the shower size was fine for me, but could be an issue for some. The chemical smell in the bathroom would be better replaced with a nice smell of fresh lavender. I did a very small load of 3 things using the washer and I didn't see a drying rack (they have everything else imaginable) I am used to having a clean flat cotton or linen bed sheet between the comforter and mattress cover (unless it's a typical washed duvet cover), However, these things should absolutely not keep anyone from staying here as the attention to detail and the loving/charming ambiance was very much appreciated for my 2 night stay.

Ho apprezzato la disponibilitá dell'host, il gran numero di utensili a disposizione in cucina e nel bagno e la posizione centrale ma comunque vicina ai parcheggi fuori dalle mura cittadine.
