Great location, quiet, clean, new place. Very nice and safe parking. Appreciated the smart TV although we wished there was one in the bedroom. We also appreciated the toiletries, shampoo and extra towels.
We were very cold at night and were told the building’s heat is started only mid October; for the amount of money paid for the place, at least a small heater that the guests can control is expected; sleeping in a very cold apartment, no matter how nice the decor, shouldn’t be acceptable. The mattress on the sofa bed was stained, so we refused to sleep on it. We were also disappointed there wasn’t any detergent to wash our clothes (we booked an apartment with a washing machine specifically to wash some clothes rather than going to a hotel), as well there wasn’t a machine to dry our clothes (again, for the amount of money paid, and how nice the place is, there are the minimum we’d expect): heat, a clean bed, a place to wash and dry our clothes. We don’t mind paying more, but we also expect the services we pay for.
