Apartment S204-056 Mediterráneo is located very close to Plaza Europa and about 10 minutes' walk from Llevant Beach and 20 minutes' walk from PortAventura World. This cosy apartment, completely refurbished, is perfect for families who wish to combine relaxing days by the sea with the wide range of leisure and entertainment offered by the Costa Dorada. Located in a quiet area, between PortAventura World and Salou beach, it enjoys a privileged location for walking to the main points of interest. Furthermore, the complex has a large communal area with swimming pool, garden and lawn around it, ideal for enjoying as a family.

- Large ground floor terrace with views of the swimming pool.
- Large living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and fully equipped American kitchen with appliances, utensils and kitchenware. Equipped with air conditioning.
- Master bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace. Equipped with fan.
- Second bedroom with 2 single beds. Equipped with fan.
- Full bathroom with shower.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Group bookings and pets are not accepted. The apartment is rented exclusively to families or couples.
- Air conditioning available only in the living room. The bedrooms have fans.
- Wi-Fi included throughout your stay.
- Seasonal outdoor communal swimming pool, open during the summer months.
- The washing machine is located in the bathroom.

- As this is tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on the walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.
