Bedroom with a double bed. Separate wellness oasis with a sauna, relaxation area, hot tub, bathtub, shower, and toilet. A second bathroom is available in the basement. A washer and dryer are available for personal use.

Upper floor:
Two tastefully furnished bedrooms with double beds, built-in closets, smart TVs, and desks. There is also a modern bathroom on this level.
