The house is a detached home, recently renovated in its original style; it is located on a hillside in the center of the small medieval village of San Floro, just a short walk from the Silk Museum and the square overlooking the Corace Valley, offering a breathtaking view. The property is strategically located just a few kilometers from the beach resorts of Catanzaro Lido and Soverato and the “Scolacium” Archaeological Park. The accommodations consist of a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and espresso machine; a double bedroom with a private bathroom; and another bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom. The bedrooms are accessed from the spacious outdoor terrace. It is ideal for enjoying pleasant moments of peace and relaxation in a setting steeped in the region’s cultural, culinary, and wine traditions. The house is equipped with bath linens and bed linens. The small village of San Floro is nestled in nature on a hill. The view is breathtaking when you arrive at the spacious, panoramic square, where the air is crystal clear and which becomes a place for socializing and enjoyment on cool summer evenings. At the Educational Silk Museum, you can admire ancient artifacts produced through the art of weaving that once characterized San Floro’s craftsmanship. This tradition has been revived by the “Nido di Seta” Cooperative through the production of silkworm cocoons and silk, offering the opportunity for engaging educational tours. Those who enjoy nature walks can take advantage of the trails nestled in the nearby pine forest. In the immediate vicinity, there is a bar, a tobacco shop, and a grocery store.
