Stay in this charming house and enjoy a truly special vacation here. The spacious and family-friendly “Molligarten” vacation home offers plenty of room for the whole family. The beautiful wooden floorboards and the terrazzo flooring in the kitchen infuse the house with the charm of days gone by.
The vacation home is approximately 1.5 km from the pier. Spanning 110 m² over two floors, you’ll find a living area, a dining area, a kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, and three bedrooms. The large garden is perfect for playing or relaxing outdoors. It also offers a view of the historic “Molli” steam train.
The living area is located on the first floor of the vacation home. Here, a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa invite you to enjoy cozy evenings. For entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a radio. The dining area, featuring a historic tiled stove, is accessible from both the kitchen and the living area and offers plenty of space for shared meals or game nights.
The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. A toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker round out the kitchen amenities.
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds. Two of the bedrooms feature built-in closets. To block out the light, you can use curtains or roller shades in all bedrooms.
The natural-light bathrooms on the upper floor and in the basement each include a shower, toilet, and a sink with a lighted mirror.
There is space on the property for your car. A carport and two additional parking spaces are available there. The carport also houses the firewood for the tiled stove.
