The house is modern (from 2026), with very nice finishes, comfortable with its 3 bedrooms (including a master suite) and 3 shower rooms. Beautiful living space on the first floor with open kitchen, dining room and living room with TV and Netflix for your movie nights. Two generous patios for indoor-outdoor living, with a total area of about 150 m2 for this level on one level. You enter through the first patio which offers a large swimming pool of 17 m2 (2.7x6.3m), which can be heated on request and with supplement (150 € / week between April and September, then 250 € / week between October and March). The second patio will allow you to cook outside with a large granite worktop, electric plancha and XXL kitchen tray. Plenty of storage space available in this patio for suitcases, hobbies and kitchen utensils. Inside the house, a beautiful staircase with glazed railing (security glass) allows you to access the other two floors. The first floor is composed of two bedrooms and two shower rooms. The master suite (with its en-suite shower room) has a large balcony facing the pool. Note that the house is under video surveillance, and that it is deactivated when the house is rented. To guarantee your privacy, there are caches that allow you to obstruct the two indoor cameras. The outside camera can be unplugged by the concierge service on your arrival.
