Open kitchen with built-in stove (4 ceramic burners, oven), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, small dining area for 2 people, and access to a private balcony with a panoramic view. Double bedroom. Very nice bathroom with bathtub and shower. Separate toilet.
Large vacation apartment (approx. 70 m²) on 2 levels: 1st floor: open hallway with coat rack. Cozy living room with seating area and satellite TV. Open kitchen with built-in stove (4 ceramic burners, oven), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dining area for 4 people, and access to a balcony with panoramic views. Double bedroom with modern shower/toilet. Stairs from the living room to the attic (partially sloped): loft with seating area. Double bedroom. Modern shower/toilet.

Pets are not allowed, and this is a non-smoking property.

LOCATION AND AMENITIES OF THE PROPERTY:
The modern, comfortably furnished, and very well-equipped vacation home “KINAST” is situated in a sunny location at the entrance to Hofstetten, above the main road leading into town and bordering fields. It underwent extensive and elaborate renovations in 2020.

The house is for exclusive use and consists of 2 separate vacation apartments (1 for 2 people and 1 for 4 people) with no internal connection (each with its own separate entrance).

Large terrace with furniture, a parasol, sun loungers, and a portable grill. Various lounge areas to relax in, with places to unwind, hanging chairs, etc. Separate, shared bicycle storage room on the first floor of the vacation home.
Approx. 600 m to the beautiful outdoor pool, approx. 700 m to the center of Hofstetten with restaurants, and approx. 800 m to the nearest bakery with shopping options. The nearest large supermarket is in Haslach (2.5 km). Marked cycling/mountain biking and hiking trails (e.g., Kinzig Valley or Elz Valley) start practically right outside the front door or are quickly and easily accessible.

AREA AND SURROUNDINGS:
The town of Hofstetten is located in the heart of the beautiful, forested, and hilly Black Forest, in the Ortenau district. There are many great places to visit, including Offenburg (30 km), the large amusement park “EUROPAPARK” (40 km), and the beautiful, historic city of Freiburg im Breisgau (45 km). French Alsace, on the other side of the Rhine—with the beautiful and fascinating city of Strasbourg—as well as the well-known destinations along the local Wine Route (Riquewihr or Obermorschwihr) are also ideal for day trips and culinary discoveries (50 km).
