This little boutique hotel completely made our trip. Graciela and Oscar are incredibly warm hosts,they helped us navigate getting to the England v Mexico match at Estadio Azteca, which took so much stress out of match day. They also pointed us to amazing local food and the best spots to explore in Coyoacán, from the markets, plazas and the Frida Kahlo Museum.
Genuine hospitality, great location, wonderful hosts. Highly recommend! Looking forward to taking the whole family back.

The most attractive feature of this small hotel boutique is definitely its location. I selected it during a work-related travel because of its proximity to the campus of UNAM. Once I arrived at the hotel I found that it was strategically located at the heart of the premium neighborhood “Coyoacán” and literally one step away from all the museums , art galleries sophisticated shops and gourmet restaurants and parks located in the area including the Blue House of Frida Kalho. The amenities at the room are unremarkable, however the breakfast area is very comfy and family-like, serving a very good continental breakfast and attended by the very courteous and attentive owners. The few single or double rooms are all located on the first floor . While there is no elevator the receptionists are always very helpful with the luggage. On the second floor there is a couple of very interesting flat-like or studios which seem to be very appropriate for work away from home thus a very good alternative for extended-stays in this Premium area.
