The apartment features two bedrooms with one king-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and one queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm). A spacious bathroom with a rain shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest restroom.
A large living-dining area with a kitchen and a large south-facing terrace are at your disposal.

Here you can relax without a care in the world. The newly renovated, approximately 90 m² attic loft offers you the perfect vacation on Lake Constance.
The town of Eriskirch is located directly on the lake between Lindau and Friedrichshafen.
The apartment accommodates 4 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a large open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area (approx. 50 m²) with an adjoining south-facing balcony (10 m²), a bright bathroom with a rain shower and toilet, and an additional guest toilet.
The accommodation
All living and sleeping areas feature oak parquet floors.
The apartment has everything a man, a woman, or a family needs for the perfect vacation.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the following appliances: convection oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc. Pots, pans, dishes, and glasses for 6 people are, of course, provided.
The bathroom has natural light (window). Shampoo, shower gel, etc., are also provided.
On the large south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a lovely breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The two bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size and a king-size bed, respectively (1 bed 160x200 cm, 1 bed 140x200 cm).
Dogs are welcome.
Bedding, towels, etc., are provided, as are basic kitchen supplies (sugar, oils, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, dishwasher tablets).
A large Samsung Smart TV with a soundbar and Wi-Fi is available for use.
Smoking is permitted on the terrace. Please do not smoke inside the apartment.
