Casa Eos is a bright, 65-square-meter apartment located in Torre a Mare, a charming and relaxing coastal neighborhood just outside Bari. The apartment, ideal for families or small groups, opens onto a cozy living room equipped with a sofa, TV, and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and opens onto a spacious first-floor balcony.

The sleeping area is designed to offer maximum comfort and consists of a master bedroom furnished with a double bed (160x190 cm), a TV, and private access to a second balcony with a stunning ocean view, as well as a second bedroom featuring a single bed with a pull-out bed that can be converted into a comfortable double bed if needed.

Rounding out the property’s amenities are a private indoor parking space (suitable for a compact car) and access to a pleasant shared community pool, open seasonally from June through the second Sunday in September, for which swim caps are required.

Important note on waste management: The neighborhood has a “door-to-door” recycling service. To make your stay easier and help you follow local rules correctly, you’ll find a weekly collection schedule already posted inside the apartment, available in both Italian and English.

Furthermore, its proximity to the state highway makes it easy to explore the gems of the Apulian coast, such as the famous Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
