Located on the first floor—accessible via a few steps—of a building just a 4-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio and less than 10 minutes from Palazzo Pitti, the apartment is ideally situated for easily visiting all the city’s main attractions on foot or via public transportation. The apartment is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Paid parking is available in the Ponte Vecchio area (less than a 5-minute walk).

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Estate: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
