Floatation fun is waiting for you at this 1-bedroom condo located on the banks of the crystal clear Comal River. Texas Tubes & Landa River Trips are right outside our gate. Rent tubes from either outfitter and their shuttle brings you right back to the condos. You don't have to drive anywhere. Just jump in and float! After your day of flotation fun why not picnic by the river using the BBQ pits & picnic tables along the riverbank. After dinner relax in the poolside hot tub. Our condos are located in the middle of everything! We are walking distance to the downtown square where you will find bars, lots of new restaurants, antique stores and don't forget to stop by Naegelins German Bakery, the oldest bakery in Texas. The condo comes complete with linens, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, dishes, pots & pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, etc. We have free Wi-Fi internet and smart televisions. We have DIRECTV with 150 channels of movies, sports & more entertainment for your viewing pleasure. Inside guests find a gorgeous king size bed, a cozy queen size sofa bed and child size bunk beds in a hallway nook. Wake up to coffee or breakfast on the balcony —perfect for starting a relaxing day of riverfront fun whether you’re floating on the river, exploring or enjoying a quiet morning watching the tubers float by.
