The home sleeps up to 14 guests across 4 bedrooms and includes multiple bathrooms, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, private pool, oversized screened lanai and an open backyard with mature trees and no rear neighbors.
Inside, you’ll find updated finishes including quartz countertops, a faux fireplace, Roku TVs throughout, new medium-plush memory foam mattresses and fresh linens. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, serving pieces and plenty of tools for family meals, holiday dinners and summer BBQs.
The queen-over-queen bunk beds include a twin pull-out trundle, giving larger families and groups additional sleeping flexibility.
The home also includes a high-efficiency washer and dryer, making it easy to keep swimsuits, towels and vacation clothes fresh throughout your stay.
Outside, enjoy the private screened pool and oversized lanai, with plenty of space for relaxing, dining and spending time together. Beyond the lanai is a grassy, tree-lined backyard where kids can play and guests can enjoy a little extra outdoor space and privacy.

Depending on the evening, you may hear distant Disney fireworks. The home is also near major roads and approximately one mile from a fire station, so occasional traffic or sirens may be heard.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to get around from the home. Guests have convenient access to Walt Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, ChampionsGate-area dining and golf, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.
Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also commonly available in the area.

Traffic around the theme parks and major roadways can vary significantly by time of day, so we recommend allowing extra travel time during mornings, evenings and peak holiday periods.

PRIVATE POOL + OPTIONAL HEAT
The private screened pool can be heated for $50 per night and requires at least 24 hours’ advance notice so the pool has time to reach temperature.
For added pool safety, the home includes a pool safety fence as well as door and window alarms. These features are not a substitute for active adult supervision.
TRAVELING WITH LITTLE ONES
We keep several family-friendly items at the home to make traveling with children easier:
