About this house rental

This pretty chalet located on the edge of the forest will offer you the restful calm of the mountains in a cosy atmosphere just 2 km from the centre of the resort of La Tzoumaz and its ski lifts allowing you to access Verbier and the slopes of the 4 Valleys Area.
Its 500 m² plot will allow you to enjoy the sun or freshness while admiring the view of the surrounding mountains, the village of Isérables and the Rhône Valley.
The chalet can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its 5 bedrooms.
It is organised as follows:
First floor
* Entrance hall with storage
* Large laundry room and storage area
* Living room with fireplace insert fireplace with heat recovery and dining area
* Fitted kitchen open
* Access to the grassed garden and two patios via the dining room and kitchen
* Double bedroom with wardrobe
* Shower room with shower, sink and WC
Upstairs

What is included in the rental
Linen, sheets, Wi-Fi as well as end-of-stay cleaning and tourist taxes for the number of people indicated at the time of booking are included in our total price.
A welcome kit awaits you to facilitate your arrival: it includes a bottle of wine, a few capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine, pods for the dishwasher, a shower gel per bathroom, toilet paper, household paper, a sponge and a kitchen towel.
The beds are made by us before your arrival.
A cot-type cot (60 x 120cm) and a high chair can be made available to you: only on request prior to your arrival. Sheets for the cot are not provided
Other information
Possibility to park a vehicle at the bottom of the steps (straight staircase of about forty steps) leading to the chalet.
In winter, access to the foot of the chalet may require a 4x4 vehicle or chains for the last few metres.
A few public parking spaces are available next to the bus stop and very easily accessible in winter
We inform you that noisy parties are prohibited.
In case of nuisance and complaints from neighbors, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises without refund.
