Private and supportive outdoor garage, at the end of the cul-de-sac that serves the house. Second access to the top of the property, making it easy to exit to the shops on the corniche. Possibility of unlimited car garage on this level. Life in summer takes place on the covered terrace on the first floor, large enough to accommodate a large table for meals, lounge around a coffee table for aperitifs and a large swing, always taken by storm!
