at Haus Becher, a building with 5 residential units in the southern part of Westerland, one of the most beautiful residential areas in the island metropolis of Westerland. The Südwäldchen park, with its adventure playground and table tennis tables, is right across the street; the beach is less than a five-minute walk away; downtown is about a 10-minute walk; and the aquarium, with its colorful variety of fish, is in the immediate vicinity.
The cozy 2-room LUV apartment (approx. 60 m²) for 1–2 people (plus 1 child up to age 13 can sleep on the sofa bed for an extra charge of €5 per day), featuring designer flooring, is located on the top floor of the apartment building, which does not have an elevator.
A bright living room with a sofa set (sofa bed), flat-screen TV, and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent south-facing view of the expansive horse pastures.
The spacious, separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and, of course, dishes for daily use.
A cozy bedroom features a double box-spring bed (180x200) with an open footboard, a nightstand, reading lamps, and a built-in closet—everything you need for a relaxing vacation on Sylt.
The initial supply of linens, including bed linens and towels, is already included in the rental price.
