There is additional storage space under the stairs for suitcases, groceries, or other items.
The bedroom is located on the upper floor and is accessible via a closed, spiral wooden staircase with a railing. The staircase is somewhat steeper but still within the normal range. Several built-in cabinets and wardrobes provide ample storage space. The apartment is designed for two adults. Additionally, there is space in the spacious bedroom to set up a crib or a guest fold-out bed with a standard sleeping surface. 
The first floor features low-maintenance tile flooring, while the upper floor has PVC flooring. Both the first floor and the upper floor have in-floor heating. A flat-screen TV is available in both the living area and the bedroom. Directly on the quiet street is a private parking space with a charging station for electric vehicles. For dogs, there is a large, approximately 2,400 m² fenced-in area that is two meters high. Guests are also welcome to bring their own horses. Depending on your preferences and availability, horses can be accommodated in an open stable, individually or in a herd, or in private stalls. Prices for this depend on the type of accommodation and feeding and are agreed upon individually upon consultation. Right in front of the vacation rental is a small outdoor seating area. Barbecue facilities are also available. The farm includes a large forest and expansive meadows that are perfect for long walks or horseback rides. An outdoor paddock and a round pen are available for working with horses.
