Clean room
Kitchen ute ails are old and need to be changed.
There was no shampoo, shower gel and hand wash liquid in the room.
Some kind of drinking water needs to be provided.

Thank you for the staff who accomodated us right away after booking even it was late at night even helped us in our luggage. She came immediately to meet us and even called. Appreciate that.
Price posted on booking.com was 870 but paid 1,780 at the property. I dont know why.

We went to the mall of Asia, and went to the Embassy.
I didn't like that we had to pay in the room instead of the front desk. Staff wasn't very helpful 😞

Le fait qu'il y ait un agent de sécurité
Nous arrivions directement de l'aéroport, nous avons dû faire un retrait (avec des frais) pour régler de suite, alors que nous pensions pouvoir régler le lendemain avant de partir.
