Absolutely terrible!

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. Our original villa was cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival because the owners decided to carry out maintenance. We were moved to another villa, only to discover a strong sewage smell coming through the shower that made it impossible to use. This was completely unacceptable, particularly as we were travelling with three young children. We contacted Bali Superhost immediately and gave them almost three hours to fix the issue. They were unable to resolve it. We then spent another hour waiting while they searched for another property before eventually being told at around 10 pm that they had nothing available for us. As a result, we had to arrange transport with our luggage and three children, spend hours waiting around Ubud, and ultimately find and pay for alternative accommodation ourselves late at night. Bali Superhost failed to provide the accommodation we booked, failed to provide a safe replacement, and failed to find another suitable property when the replacement proved uninhabitable. Despite this, they have refused to provide a full refund. If this company had better management and rectified the situation in the correct way we probably would have booked with them again however they handled the situation so poorly. I will never book with this company again.
