Lovely new hotel close to the new parliament building and the other main sites in Dushanbe.
Great city view from our 20th floor room.
Very friendly & attentive staff who arranged drivers to take us to Hisor Fortress & Varzob Gorge plus some city landmarks.
This is a new hotel finding its feet a little. It will get better & better over time.
Breakfast could be better in my opinion and please cut out the cheesy early morning music that woke me up
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The hotel is new and located on the 19th and 20th floors, making it relatively quiet and peaceful. The rooms are modern and equipped with many high-tech features, although some, such as the heated toilet seat and automatic flushing, seem unnecessary.
The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and constantly disconnected. A stable signal was only available in the corridor, not inside the room. Construction work outside starts as early as 8 AM, and the noise is clearly audible even with the windows closed.
Breakfast was disappointing. Although served buffet-style, the selection was very limited, especially the salads. The hotel appears to be operating in a soft-opening phase, with only one floor and approximately 20 rooms in use. Staffing is insufficient, with the same employees handling reception and breakfast service, resulting in long waiting times and inefficient service.

Новые, великолепно оборудованные номера. Удобное расположение в центре города.
Прекрасный персонал.
Отдельное спасибо администратору Саджиде за гостеприимство, позитив и мгновенное решение всех возникающих вопросов!
