New and well looking apartment. Suitable for max 3 adult that was exactly what I was needed. It has a café machine with a lot of free capsules and a rack full with jam, bread and butter. As well small fridge that is not commonly available. Cleaning service frequency is quite good. Location is on the level (this is a big advantage as you don't need climb several times a day) of the beaches and from 5 to 20 min walk you can reach all the best one free public and private ones. One very big advantage is that there was free parking spots (not guaranteed) but for me with rent-a-car was very important. Also reaching the old town is easy but tricky you need to be in fit to climb the stairs :)
The sound proofing with the neighboring apartments and common area is not the greatest one. If you want to escape and hide from from social media and phones this is the right place, however for me was inconvenience that inside had not even gsm coverage. It is not the fault of the owners , it is the place that has not good mobile coverage. They have Wi-Fi, but the issue is that is 4g/5g mobile router that suffer form the same problem. Owner was so kind to try to fix, but this out of his powers, so they need to find the way with cable or something else to bring internet access.

Me and my daughter spent a week in this nice flat in middle July 2026. A bit of a gamble, since the property had almost no reviews on Booking and the photos didn't really do it justice.
However, it paid off completely!
The apartment is comfortable, very well-equipped, and clearly new - freshly renovated and furnished in a thoroughly European, hotel-style aesthetic
The apartment is a small unit in a residential block on the first floor, offering a peaceful view from the window.
Efficient and quiet air conditioning ensuring complete thermal comfort throughout the apartment.
An apartment best for a couple or a family of three (2 adults + 1 child). It features two comfortable beds that can be joined to form a double bed, plus a fold-out sofa. (the sofa is comfortable for a child or a lighter person, but might be little uncomfy for an adult)
Bathroom is trully excellent 👌 Very new and modern. An endless supply of fresh hotel towels of every size 🤗 + a full supply of soap, shampoo, and shower gel, as well as a large hair dryer.
The service, cleaning, housekeeping - excellent.
Capsule coffee machine with a supply of various types of capsules 👍
A small, efficient refrigerator with a small supply of drinking water.
The welcome Prosecco and snacks were a lovely touch, too 🥰
TV with a full range of streaming services. Reliable Wi-Fi.
External automatic window blind for sun and night.
Convenient in-wall safe, free to use during your stay 👍
Hassle-free and quick communication with the owner via WhatsApp. Excellent problem-solving.
You can hear ordinary conversations and noises from the stairwell and neighboring apartments quite clearly and little too much. Hopefully this can be resolved by adding extra soundproofing to the door.
The building seems to have poor mobile internet coverage, but since the Wi-Fi in the room works well, it isn't a problem.
