De accomodatie is vrij nieuw. De kamer is erg ruim en het bed is groot en fantastisch! Er is een heerlijk bad en fantastische douche. Je kijkt prachtig uit op het land en de moestuin.

Отель очень понравился! Несколько минут на авто до восточных ворот парка, можно и пешком 15 минут. Отель находится в прекрасной природной локации и в тишине. Завтрак на выбор китайский или европейский. А также повар приготовит для вас все что есть в обширном меню в любое удобное для вас время, обед или ужин (за доп плату). Удобно было, что Джойс, владелица отеля, отлично говорит на английском. Мы остановились в отеле на три дня и она составила для нас невероятно насыщенную программу посещения и парка и основных достопримечательностей рядом, стеклянный мост, кастовую пещеру, и гору Тяньаньмэнь, купила все билеты со скидками и еще предложила шоу, от которых мы были в полном восторге! Джойс и менеджер отеля были все время на связи, Джойс сделала по каждому нашему маршруту подробные инструкции на русском языке и была всегда на связи, без этого нам было бы реально сложно. Водители отеля нас отвозили в нужное нам время и забирали, это входит в стоимость проживания, индивидуальный подход к каждому клиенту, во что было приятно. Отель красивый, дизайнерский, вокруг красивая природа и тишина. Сам городок уютный, есть кафе, рестораны, магазинчики. Но этот отель находится и в близости от всех локаций основных и в тоже время, полное погружение в природу с красивыми видами.

Even before our arrival the team at Hidden Hills made us feel considered and cared for. They requested our arrival time so they could ensure someone was there to pick us up – they were waiting for us in the arrival section as we walked out of airport security. Once we made it to the hotel we were warmly greeted and given warm tea. They showed us to our room, which was absolutely beautiful. Modern technology for the lighting and conditioning and plenty of water and fruit always at our disposal. They provided us with the menu which gave us traditional Chinese food (which in this region leans a little spicy) as well as plenty of delicious western options. We tried a mix of everything and even on the local Chinese menu we found plenty of things that weren't too spicy for our tastebuds. The chef made everything we ordered perfectly, every single time! I was genuinely impressed with his extensive culinary skills that crossed over multiple cuisines. Every morning we would sit on the back and watch the clouds as they moved past the mountains and every morning they would greet us with a delicious warm tea. Joyce, our primary contact created an itinerary for us for the week, and I had actually held off on making an itinerary intentionally because previous reviews mentioned that Joyce offered this and they weren't wrong! She confirmed everything we wanted to do and even added things we didn't know existed. The hotel shuttled us to all the activities or to the entrance of the park and made our time there quite enjoyable. We ended up not going to everything because one of us fell sick, but I found comfort knowing we'd be back and would certainly be staying with Joyce and her family and friends. Such a special place and run with generous hospitality <3

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this homestay highly enough! The value for money was incredible, and we were even given a free upgrade to a better room, which was super cosy and comfortable.
What truly made this place special, though, was the incredible hospitality. The hosts took care of absolutely everything, from booking all our tickets to driving us wherever we needed to go. They made exploring Zhangjiajie completely stress-free and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We even got to enjoy a calligraphy lesson and take home a lovely handmade memory of our experience -all without any extra charges!
The level of care, generosity, and personal attention we received was simply outstanding. We felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our stay.
If I could give this place 11 out of 10, I absolutely would! ❤️ If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, don’t hesitate to book this homestay. You won’t regret it!
