The staff was very friendly, the place is newly built, not very old.
once we checked-in, we found out that the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, language barrier played a role but eventually the front desk was very helpful in getting us "Master" carpenter to help it sort out.
Breakfast was very good.
Location isn't right in the Khiva old city & is like 5 minutes drive, but this is actually a complex with so many other things to do around the main hotel because this complex was built for Tourists.
Location is a bit comfusing since it's not actually right in old city Khiva but slightly outside of town.
But you can catch $5 cab to ichan qila.

The hotel located in new area, very quiet and everything in a middle level. for family trip it's a great option but a little bit far from Ichan Qala and historical places of Khiva.
in general that area is not developed yet, the area in general looks more artificial and many things managed in rush without good quality. Also, if you traveling with your family members there is now any pharmacy in close are, there are no any good shop services, it's difficult to find something useful things. Moreover, it's pity that the hotel do not keeping its own facilities, since the hotel is brand new but all tiles in bath are already became old and damaged, also washing faucets are not good quality. more one, the area not developed from the right way, by the evening they turning extremely noising music and nearby shops offering only junk food and drinks, no fresh juices and or good coffee and tea shops. this kind of places should offer very high level services for the guest not only for international guests but for local people as well. there should be some libraries and they make the area clean. for comparison Eternity city in Samarkand is a top standard of service. however, we are positive that all this requirements will be mentioned and will fixed in right way.
