About this house rental
Classic in all of the best ways, this fantastic retreat will spoil you in no time. Just Beachy is in a perfect location to give you peace and privacy, yet is still just a few miles from warm sand and crashing waves when you want to indulge in a beach day. Plus, a day of meandering through the charming downtown is always a good idea, as a plethora of restaurants, shops, and local attractions abound.
Inside, this home boasts all of the traditional charm you would expect including rustic hardwood floors throughout and clean white paint accents, yet you won't have to sacrifice any modern comforts like high-speed WiFi and high-end furnishings. When mealtimes come around, the updated kitchen has all of the bells and whistles needed to whip up your favorite recipes with ease including stainless steel appliances, a large island, a subway tile backsplash, and a coffee maker. Plus, the dining area is mere feet away in the same room, so the chef of the group can still be a part of the conversation.
Head downstairs and you will find a quiet living area with access to the backyard. There are plenty of board games, a table for four, a comfortable sofa, and a flatscreen TV, so everyone can gather for game nights or movies here as well. A bathroom and private washer and dryer are also available on this level.
When it is time to hit the hay, all four bedrooms are located on the top floor. Three of the bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hall and the primary suite boasts its own attached bathroom.

The house is roomy with convenient bathrooms on each level. Close to hiking, beach, restaurants and shopping. Everything in the house worked as it should. Highly recommend this home!

As soon as we walked in we got a big whiff of mold. It was cute enough but we couldn’t get past the smell. Some couldn’t even be in the house. The main floor and basement were the worst. After looking around we found a bunch of mold in the basement garage area and that seemed to be the main source. The company, however, was great to work with and they relocated us after checking in to see if the house was in good clean condition upon arrival. They were able to find us somewhere to stay within a reasonable distance and we were able to move on with our vacation. They sent an email to me after saying they were closing the house to remedy the issue so hopefully it’s been taken care of.
