A unique apartment, bathed in light and offering a breathtaking view of the sea. Located in an elegant private residence, winner of the Grand Prix de Rome for architecture, this 73 m² duplex with a 27m2 terrace, promises an enchanted interlude in the charming town of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer. A 3-minute walk from a pebble cove 'la reinette', a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and the port. Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and 4 children.
On the first floor:
• Bedroom 1, window on the entrance side: double bed of 1.4*1.9m
• 1 bathroom with bath and sink including toilet.
• 1 small but well-equipped kitchen
• 1 living room with high ceilings that leads to the terrace.
• The terrace is the ideal place to have meals or rest
The sea view is fantastic!
On the 1st floor:
• On the mezzanine, Bedroom 2 open to the office with 1.6*2m double bed and office. Through-light (1 window on the entrance side and 1 window on the sea side with sea view)
• Bedroom 3: ideal for children, 2 single beds 0.8*1.9m. Folding baby cot (up to 3 years old) and high chair available. Lego and others for children in boxes under the beds.
Free parking space with secure access.
The apartment is accessible by external stairs (50 steps) from the parking lot and is therefore unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is on the side of a hill overlooking the sea.
Supermarket in the residence.
Restaurants, bars on the port in the immediate vicinity on foot.
