Modern 2-room apartment for 4 people: Wi-Fi, balcony, side sea view, separate bedroom, and much more! A vacation with a sea view—for the whole family!
Welcome to the Sea View Villa—you can’t get much closer to the sea than this. Apartment 17 is located on the first floor and features two rooms spread across approximately 54 m²—comprising a bedroom, a bathroom, and a light-filled living and dining area with an adjoining kitchenette. The special highlight is the east-facing balcony with a fantastic view of the sea.
The apartment includes a free underground parking space.
The building’s communal sauna can be used free of charge.
The “Sea View Villa” is situated in a prime location just under 50 meters from the beach! And overall, the house is a great starting point for everything you might want to do on vacation:
Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all in the immediate vicinity. A bakery, bike rentals, and—for the more athletic guests—a fitness center are also within an 800-meter radius.
You can conveniently park your car in the house’s parking lot (usually an underground garage)—and feel free to leave it there. It’s best to get around here on foot or by bike. Public buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, so you’ll have plenty of flexibility. In general, Großenbrode is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: you can reach Heiligenhafen in just over an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike directly to Fehmarn.

The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the city of Heiligenhafen on the Wader River (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
