Welcome to this modern studio apartment on Bílkova Street, located in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. Compact yet stylish, it is the perfect choice for solo travelers or couples seeking a comfortable stay in a central location.
The studio includes a cozy sleeping area, one bathroom with a shower, and a balcony for enjoying fresh air. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer, and elevator access.
The neighborhood is full of history and character, with synagogues, museums, and cultural landmarks just around the corner. Old Town Square and Pařížská Street are within walking distance, as well as a great selection of cafés, restaurants, and wine bars.
We are available anytime during your stay if and when needed.
We kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbours.

* Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.
* A local tourist tax of CZK 50 (€2) per adult, per night is required by the City of Prague. This fee is collected separately and is payable in cash upon arrival.

* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment.
* No Parties or Events: The apartment is located in a residential building and is intended for quiet stays. It is best suited to couples, families, or business travellers.
* Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
* Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.
Late Check-in
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals outside our standard check-in hours:
* €20 for arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm
* €30 for arrivals after 10:00 pm
The fee is payable in cash to the representative who welcomes you upon arrival.
