About this cottage rental
Enjoy a few winter days at Ca Lántiga Pedrera, a 139 m² detached villa with stone and wood interiors, a living room perfect for gatherings, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing family meals. High-speed Wi-Fi and a desk allow you to combine relaxation and work.
It features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a TV, ducted air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Outside, there is a private garden, a fenced-in pool, a terrace with a pergola, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and an outdoor shower.
Maximum capacity: 7 people total, including infants and children of any age. All guests must check in before arrival. A travel crib must be requested at least 48 hours in advance; availability is not guaranteed if requested upon arrival.
Free street parking is available; there is no garage. A car is recommended for getting around the area and exploring Calafell and its surroundings.
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. You will receive access instructions in advance, and we will be available during your stay. No cleaning services are provided during your stay, nor is there an external laundry service.
Smoking indoors, hosting events or parties, and bringing pets are not permitted. The villa must be left tidy and clean; any missing items from the inventory will be charged at replacement cost. The tourist tax listed in the ad is 1.75 euros per person per night and is charged separately. Please review all rules and additional fees before booking.

Turn off the lights, air conditioning, and appliances.
Wash the dishes or leave them in the dishwasher while it’s running. Empty the refrigerator.
Take the trash to the public dumpsters.

Check that you haven’t left any chargers or personal items behind.
