Designed to accommodate up to 10 travellers, Villa Safir is a private villa thought out down to the smallest detail, where modern design meets the comfort of a real holiday home. 200 m² of living space, a fully enclosed landscaped plot of 750 m², and no vis-à-vis: here, you are at home.

A DAY AT VILLA SAFIR
In the morning, the light gently enters through the large bay windows. You reach the large open living room, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are one. The kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-range appliances (Miele steam oven and microwave, Miele dishwasher, Siemens refrigerator, hob with integrated hood), makes you want to cook. Unless you prefer to book a private chef, who will come and prepare a Thai meal directly at your home.
Coffee in hand, you step out onto the terrace. The infinity pool awaits you, facing the mountains and the tropical garden. The morning flies between swimming, deckchairs and lazing in the shade of the 10-metre motorised sun awning.
At noon, we turn on the plancha or the barbecue for an outdoor lunch, around the outdoor table. The children jump in the pool while the adults extend the meal. No one wants to move, and that's fine.
In the afternoon, everyone finds their own rhythm. A nap in an air-conditioned room, an improvised cinema session in the bedroom on the first floor and its 120-inch overhead projector, a little teleworking thanks to the 100 Mb fibre optics, or a scooter trip to the beach.
In the evening, the garden and the swimming pool light up. From the upstairs terrace you can watch the sunset over the mountain, one of those simple moments that make a successful holiday. The evening continues, peacefully, under the sky of Koh Samui.

A bedroom on the first floor with private shower room and toilet, equipped with a 120-inch overhead projector for your movie nights.
The master suite upstairs: king size bed, mountain view, Smart TV, shower room with double sink and dressing room.
Three additional bedrooms upstairs (one king size bed and two queen size beds), all with mountain view, served by a bathroom with bathtub.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
The living areas: large open living room with living room, dining room and kitchen, Smart TV and Sonos sound system, equipped laundry room (washing machine, dryer) and separate guest toilet.

Airport transfer on arrival: offered. You can reach the villa without any difficulty.

THE LOCATION
Villa Safir, in Lamai, combines residential tranquility and proximity to the most beautiful places on the island: 5 minutes from Silver Beach, a cove with clear waters, 5 minutes by scooter from Lamai night market, and 25 minutes from Koh Samui airport.
A short distance away are the island's must-sees: Hin Ta and Hin Yai rocks, the Big Buddha, Wat Plai Laem temple, Na Muang waterfalls, and excursions to Ang Thong Marine Park.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit is required on arrival: 10,000 baht for a one-week stay, 20,000 baht for a two-week stay. For long-term stays, a deposit of 10,000 baht and passport is required. The deposit is returned at the end of the stay, subject to a damage inspection.

ELECTRICITY CHARGES
Electricity is charged extra, on the meter, based on your actual consumption, at a rate of 8 baht per unit (kWh). The reading is taken on arrival and departure, and the amount is deducted from the security deposit or paid at the end of the stay. This way of working, common in Koh Samui, guarantees fair billing: you only pay for what you actually consume.

Life on an island: brief interruptions of water or electricity can occur exceptionally, especially in the event of bad weather. We do everything we can to quickly resolve any inconvenience. This is also the charm of a stay close to tropical nature.
