The apartment features two spacious double bedrooms, thoughtfully furnished to ensure relaxation and tranquility after a day spent exploring the city’s wonders. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom and direct access to the balcony, ideal for enjoying a moment of relaxation outdoors. The second bedroom is particularly versatile: the double bed can be separated into two single beds ONLY UPON REQUEST (otherwise, the bed will be available as a double).

Guests will also have access to a second full bathroom, a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed—perfect for unwinding after a day in the city—and a balcony that brings light and ambiance to the space.

Guests will have the entire apartment for their exclusive use.

They will be given the keys (to the building’s main door and the apartment’s front door), which must be returned upon departure.

There are no set times for entering or leaving the apartment—just the usual rules for living in a condominium!

The apartment will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-in may be arranged earlier if guests require it and availability can be confirmed.

For arrivals after 9:00 PM, a surcharge of 20 euros will be added to the total amount due.

For arrivals after midnight, a surcharge of 50 euros will be added to the total amount due.

The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.

There are no specific check-in or check-out times. Guests will be given keys (to the building and the front door), which must be returned upon departure.
In the event of loss and/or damage to the keys, guests will be required to pay for the damage.

Guests are not permitted in the apartment unless they have been registered. Under no circumstances may the apartment accommodate more people than the number specified in the reservation.

Please be sure to turn off the lights in the rooms, as well as the air conditioning, fans, and other appliances when they are not in use. Thank you!
