The detached mobile home is practically furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The domicile is also popular because of its location by the water. The following are available for use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. +++ PETS: Pets up to a maximum of 35 kg are allowed. Dogs must have an electronic microchip and an EU-compliant health booklet or passport. In the dog’s passport, the details of the most recent rabies vaccination must be listed in accordance with the laws of the destination country. Dogs must always be kept on a lead and remain with their owner. Dogs are not allowed on the beds in the mobile home. Bathing dogs inside the mobile home is not permitted; designated bathing areas are available. Dogs may not be left unattended, neither inside nor outside the accommodation, nor in or on vehicles. There are 2 off-lead areas, a contracted veterinarian and a self-service grooming station. +++ The holiday village has its own barbecue and picnic area. Independent use of a barbecue at your mobile home is not permitted. Use of the barbecue or picnic area requires a reservation via the campsite app, by QR code or in accordance with the site’s instructions. After use, the areas must be left clean and tidy. +++.

Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 24 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at sitting area and dinette. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.

Holiday resort
Reception, bar and launderette. About 80 metres from the holiday village is the UMA Beach Club, a partner establishment where you can eat and also use the takeaway service.

Guests of the campsite can take advantage of the discounts provided during the season in accordance with the conditions communicated by the establishment.

In the holiday village there is a bar available for breakfast, drinks, pizza and snacks.

Within less than 1 km from the holiday village you will also find shops, restaurants, venues and outlets selling regional products.

Martinsicuro. The mobile home is located on a campsite. The campsite is in Martinsicuro on the Abruzzo coast in a strategically convenient position: about 200 metres from the town centre, close to the sea and at the same time away from the railway line, which is about 1 km away.

Surrounded by plenty of greenery with olive trees, palm trees and maples, the holiday village is aimed mainly at families, couples and guests who wish to spend a relaxing holiday without having to forgo services, sport and entertainment.

Thanks to its location, you can also easily reach the towns in the Abruzzo hinterland, the Gran Sasso National Park and numerous places along the coast. Parking space (for 1 car) on the property.

All pools are available for your shared use. Children’s pool. In the heart of the holiday village there is a swimming pool with a children’s area, slide and hydromassage area, ideal for relaxing. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers. Opening hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; wearing a swimming cap is compulsory. The pool is open from the end of May to mid-September (subject to organisational changes or weather-related variations).

In the complex: table tennis, darts, boccia / petanque and bike rental. Animation for children. Adult animation. The entertainment team offers a varied and entertaining programme for all ages. Start the day with morning gymnastics and continue with activities such as water aerobics, group dances on the beach and sports tournaments. In the evening, shows and entertainment await you, while the little ones (from the age of 3) can enjoy the mini club with creative workshops and baby dance. Older children have their own area in the Junior Club, where they can socialise safely and have fun. The entertainment programme runs from 01.06.2026 to 06.09.2026. Sports lovers can enjoy up to 30 km of cycle paths along the Abruzzo coast. It is possible to take a bike ride through the hills where you can taste the famous local wines and oils. For those who prefer a little competition, the campsite offers agreements with external padel courts. There are also football, table tennis, boccia, darts and table football tournaments, as well as water aerobics.

The Abruzzese festivals with free arrosticini for all are not to be missed.

The beach consists of sand and the seabed slopes gently, making it particularly suitable for families with children.
