About this apartment rental
The "Hase" apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds (one can accommodate a third bed). It has a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area and a cozy living room with a TV next door. The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and a sink. Separate toilet. Large balcony (20 m²) facing south/west with a magnificent view of the Hohe Salve.
This apartment can be combined with the “Igel” apartment next door.
In the summer, there are limited opportunities to use the swimming pool by arrangement.
Our apartments are comfortably furnished with a magnificent view of the Hohe Salve and Wilder Kaiser, about a 10-minute walk from the town center and the swimming lake. There is a swimming pool in the garden that can be used in the afternoon when the weather is nice.
In winter, the cross-country ski trailhead is 100 meters away and the ski bus stop is 80 meters from our house (the bus takes about 5 minutes to reach the mountain railway).
In the summer, the Kaiserjet stops 100 meters from our house and runs several times a day between Söll, Scheffau, Ellmau, and Going.
The house has a storage room for skis, ski helmets, and boots, complete with a boot heater. You can park in front of the door.Of course, high-speed Wi-Fi is available!
For final cleaning, we charge—provided the apartment is handed over in accordance with the rules—a one-time fee of €75 (Hase and Igel), €95 (Fox), and €100 (Squirrel).

On-site costs: Check-in from 3:00 p.m. / Check-out by 8:30 a.m. at the latest. Deposits as agreed: Please transfer the remaining balance to our account at least 30 days before arrival.
