If you’re looking for solitude and peace, Ty Avalou (Apple House) is the perfect place for you. This small, detached house in the old apple orchard is very bright and spacious, and the garden is nearly 1,000 square meters and completely fenced in.
The lovingly furnished Penty has two bright, inviting bedrooms, each with two beds, on the first floor; a bathroom with a shower is located on the first floor, as are the kitchen and living room. When you cook here with your loved ones, you’re not alone in the kitchen—everything is open and cozy. The freestanding staircase separates the couch area with its hanging chair from the kitchen area; the dining table stands in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and it almost feels as if you’re sitting right under the apple trees. A wood-burning stove provides warmth. The house is suitable for 4 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. The terrace, surrounded by roses, faces south and is in the sun all day long.
In the large garden, lounge chairs invite you to relax, read, and daydream in the sun.
By car, it takes less than 5 minutes to reach the spectacular Baie de Trépassés. Hiking trails leading to the coast start right from the house; it takes a little longer on foot—about 2 km—but you’ll hike through the most beautiful natural scenery and rarely encounter anyone else.
