The open-concept living room brings everyone together with comfortable couches arranged around a 75-inch smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up after a day in Miami. A pool table and foosball table keep the friendly competition going indoors.
🌴 Outdoor Space
Your private, fenced backyard combines a saltwater pool, sun loungers, mini golf, volleyball, and pool basketball with lush tropical landscaping. Relax in the covered lounge, fire up the gas grill, or gather around the fire pit for a movie on the 100-inch outdoor screen.
🍽️ Kitchen & Dining
The recently upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and cookware, utensils, and dinnerware for preparing group meals. The indoor dining table seats eight, with additional dining space outside.
🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
Six bedrooms feature four king beds, two queen beds, and two full beds, with Tempur-Pedic mattresses and 55-inch smart TVs throughout. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and one overlooks the pool.
An additional sofa bed near the laundry area has a privacy curtain. Up to two optional foldable beds can be provided with at least 48 hours’ notice before arrival. One can be placed beside the sofa bed and the other in the living room. Additional beds do not increase the approved guest limit.

Three full bathrooms include two ensuites and a shared bathroom off the main living area. Enjoy spacious showers, plush towels, and a complimentary starter supply of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

• Landscaping maintenance takes place on Thursdays.

We booked this home for a company retreat and it worked out perfectly for our team. The layout gave everyone enough space to spread out, while the common areas made it easy for us to spend time together between meetings and activities.One of the biggest highlights was the outdoor space. We used the pool area throughout the day and ended the evenings around the fire pit watching movies on the outdoor screen. It was a great setting to unwind and connect outside of work.The house was clean, well maintained, and exactly as advertised. We also appreciated how easy it was to get to restaurants, the beach, and other parts of Miami when we wanted to explore.The host was responsive and made the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. This property was a great fit for our group, and we would gladly book it again for a future team trip.

Excellent stay! Everything was really clean and well maintained. The place was comfortable, everything worked well, and the overall experience was great. Highly recommend definitely a five-star stay!
