Located just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Martel, the house is ideally situated. A pleasant stroll along the greenway takes you there directly, on foot or by bike, in complete tranquility. There are plenty of things to do in the area: stroll through the charming narrow streets, visit the local markets, explore the surrounding natural landscapes, or discover the region’s rich heritage. Whether you’re seeking rest, new experiences, or simply a moment to escape the hustle and bustle, this house is the perfect starting point for an unforgettable stay. Single-story vacation rental. Main entrance via the terrace (a few steps to reach it) or at ground level from the kitchen at the back of the house. Living room with sitting and dining areas (TV). Open kitchen (no dishwasher). 2 bedrooms: 1 with 2 90x200 beds and the other with 2 80x200 beds that can be joined or separated. One bathroom and a separate toilet. Garage large enough for a small car. Terraces, one of which is covered by a retractable awning. Parking. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Air conditioning scheduled for installation in the 2027 season.
