Located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci, nestled among olive groves and forests, this charming agriturismo offers breathtaking views of the sea and the picturesque village. A true paradise of peace and relaxation. The estate has been renovated with great care, fully preserving its authentic charm while prioritizing maximum comfort.
The apartments are tastefully furnished, and the swimming pool—suitable for both adults and children—is nestled in the greenery with a stunning panoramic view of the Tuscan hills. For nature lovers and those seeking relaxation, there are plenty of opportunities for long walks or bike rides through the picturesque countryside.
The agriturismo is located just 7 km from the sea and 3 km from Donoratico. The surrounding area also offers many attractions, such as the Etruscan tombs of Populonia and well-known Tuscan towns like Bolgheri, Volterra, Florence, and Pisa.
There is a spacious communal barbecue area with tables, where you can enjoy a delicious meal among the olive trees with a stunning view of the Tuscan countryside. Starting in 2027, our own restaurant will also open, where you can sample local products and authentic Tuscan specialties.

Charming apartment for four people with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living/dining room. The apartment features a comfortable double bedroom, a sleeper sofa, and a bathroom with a shower. Also included: a refrigerator with freezer, a safe, and a plasma TV with digital channels. Located on the first floor with a private entrance and a private garden with patio furniture where you can relax.
