About this apartment rental
A lovingly furnished vacation rental on the upper floor, spread over two levels. The living area is 76 m² and is comfortably furnished for 2–4 people. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a quiet cul-de-sac and is ideally situated, as the picturesque Greetsiel harbor and the lively town center with its many cafés and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.
2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (mattresses 90 x 200 cm each) and a 32" Metz LCD TV. A loft with a sitting area serves as a cozy retreat for relaxation; from here, you have a great view through the round window over the dike to the shipping channel, where you can comfortably lose yourself in an exciting book or enjoy music from Internet radio. On this level is the second bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm); the Velux skylight is equipped with an exterior blind and an interior roller shade.
Very nice living/dining room with a built-in kitchen equipped with, among other things, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, exhaust hood, microwave, refrigerator, separate freezer with two drawers, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and a coffee pod machine, among other items. The living area features a high-quality leather sofa set, a 43" Metz UHD LCD TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a wood-burning stove.
DSL Wi-Fi guest access. The naturally lit bathroom has separate underfloor heating, a corner bathtub, a separate shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer. The washing machine (5 kg), clothes rack, ironing board, iron, and much more are stored in a wall cabinet. A high chair is available. External roller blinds and insect screens are provided.
From the two balconies, which are furnished with balcony furniture, you have a beautiful view over the dike, of passing fishing boats and sailboats, and of the salt marsh landscapes.
1 parking space at the house. Next to the front door is a separately lockable tool shed with lighting and an outlet for storing bicycles.
