The apartment includes a private parking space, which is provided free of charge.

A walking path leads from the house to the town center and to the nearest beach, called Kastel. Although the house is located in a quieter area, the town center—with its restaurants, cafes, shops, sightseeing boats, and many other recreational options—is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The property is equipped with video surveillance and is completely fenced in. The entrance gate and apartment doors are operated by a modern card access system.

For special occasions such as birthdays or similar events, the wine cellar can be used for parties by arrangement with the landlord.
