The house is 80 square meters in size and consists of a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a bedroom with a waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m), and a living room (sofa bed 2.2 m x 2 m)

The dining room features a pellet stove that provides cozy warmth and ambiance during the winter months.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a microwave and a Ceran cooktop. The living room and bedroom each have a flat-screen TV.
A separate parking space is located in front of the house.
The garden features a grill and seating area. There is a storage area for bicycles.

Note regarding pets:
Pets are generally welcome in our home.1 small dog with a shoulder height of up to 40 cm (no cats). A general final cleaning fee of 30 euros applies when bringing a pet.
However, we require that the accompanying pet be declared at the time of booking. We ask for your understanding that unregistered pets are not entitled to accommodation. Furthermore, pets must be cared for in a manner appropriate to their species while on the property.
For us, this means that you must bring your own water and food bowls as well as bedding for your pet, and that the dog must not jump on beds or furniture.
Please assess for yourself whether your pet is suitable for staying in an apartment.
For hygiene reasons, we strongly ask that you avoid allowing your pet to relieve itself—whether small or large—on the property. If it does happen, please clean it up.
As a tenant, you are liable for any damage or excessive soiling, such as pet hair on seating or in the beds. Additional cleaning will be charged separately.
