On-site costs: About the booking: • We won’t be on-site in person, and you’ll check in completely flexibly and independently using our digital door lock. • The final price includes all local taxes as well as the apartment’s final cleaning fee. You’re welcome to request an interim cleaning or a linen change at any time in advance for a small additional fee. City tax & guest registration in advance: • The city tax is not included in the final price and must be billed separately. Please pay this before arrival. You’ll receive the relevant information well in advance. • Since we won’t be on-site in person, please complete the guest registration online for all travelers before arrival. You’ll receive the necessary information well in advance. (We are legally required in Austria to register our guests with the municipality.) Check-In Information (including code): • As soon as we’ve received the deposit, the tourist taxes, and the personal information required for guest registration for all travelers, you’ll receive all other important information for your check-in no later than 2 days before arrival. This will also include the 6-digit code for the digital door lock on-site. Contact & 24/7 Support: • During your stay, we’re always available via WhatsApp, email, or phone and are happy to help with any questions or concerns. We want to make sure your vacation with us is as enjoyable as possible! Cancellation Policy & Deposit: • We offer our guests a free cancellation option up to 2 weeks before arrival. If we are unable to re-rent the apartment after that, we will charge 100% of the total cost. A deposit of at least 20% is due within 7 days of booking. The balance is due by the day of arrival. Other Information: • The coffee machine (Nespresso) comes with a basic supply of coffee capsules for the first 1–2 days.
