About this house rental
Scalinate is a 53 m² apartment on the second floor of a historic building in the heart of Marina di Campo, just a two-minute walk from the longest beach on Elba. Two bedrooms accommodate up to four guests—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds—sharing a striped-cabana bathroom with a window overlooking the sea. The living room opens onto a small dining table and a galley kitchen equipped with everything you need: stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and a smart TV with satellite. Air conditioning throughout. Fast Wi-Fi. The apartment’s quiet charm lies in its location. The historic steps leading to the door are the very same ones that the fishermen of Marina di Campo have climbed for centuries on their way back from the sea. From the bedroom windows, you look out over red rooftops on one side and the Gulf of Marina di Campo on the other. A small, well-maintained place for couples or a family of four who want to truly experience village life rather than just visit it.
