Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a 20-square-meter terrace overlooking the Umbrian hills—perfect for reading, having breakfast outdoors, or enjoying an aperitif at sunset.
The house is located above the historic family armory and carries with it a history steeped in craftsmanship, tradition, and passion. There’s no TV: we’ve chosen to make room for relaxation, books, board games, and the pleasure of spending time together.
